Coolum is a beautiful location for family photos. There are lots of great spots to choose from but my go to is right of the Surf Club.

My favourite thing about shooting in Coolum is that you have the insanely beautiful red rock backdrop in one direction, and a beach that seems to go on forever in the other direction. You can also get some fantastic reflections when you shoot on the wet sand! There is lots of parking and it is fairly easy access on to the beach. It is definitely a favourite of mine and a location I recommend without hesitation.
